Message Templates > Create
Key points:1.Message Templates support variables which means that the variables can be filled by any
text when sending out.
The syntax will be {{1}} with the numbers. For instances, if your body messages contains
two variables , it will be {{1}} , {{2}}
* Variable parameters must in sequential. For example, {{1}}, {{2}}, {{3}}, {{4}}
2.Message Template contains Header, Body, Footer, and Action Buttons
3.Message Template will submit to WhatsApp review and approval, only the approved
template can be used.
Check the status by click Sync Button. Normally the approval time can from several minutes
to days.

Under this section, you can imagine that it is equal to contacts in a phone. Not every
customer has a corresponding chatroom.
Under broadcast section, the targeted customers can be filtered out by labels also.

There are two excel templates for importing customers by batch.
The steps generally are
1) Download the excel template
2) Update / Add the customer on the excel (if empty user id , system will create a new
customer. )
3) Upload the new version of excel.

Customer Info This excel is to create customers
Customer Label -This excel is to create customers and also the chatroom with labels

-Users (Agents) assignment also can be done.-Column channels, type , contact with district code cannot be empty
Broadcast
Broadcast only applies for the WhatsApp Channel only.
Prerequisite:
1) WhatsApp API Channel

auto filter out the customers if on list. You need to use the filter to opt out customers
manually if needed.The following parameters are needed.

download the excel template under import tab.

If you want to send a message template with variables to customers and each of the values is
different by batch.
Steps:1) Select Channel
2) Select Message Template and leave the variables with blank value.
3) Select the Recipients
4) Complete the Label and Schedule Message Send Time Setting
5) Click Next Button
6) An Excel will be prompted to download.
7) Update the variables value on excel file.
8) Upload again

You can save customer answer on “open question” and “multiple choice question” widget of
bot flow.And finally, you can export all the entries of the bot in excel format.
Example : Message Template and Chatbot Together
This is a use case of broadcast WhatsApp messages to customers and trigger the chatbot auto
reply.
Step 1, create a template with button , and the keywords displayed on button will be the
trigger keyword of the bot.Step 2, wait the message template approval from facebook. (you need to click Sync button to
get the latest status)
Step 3, Set up a bot the trigger condition by using the button keyword.
FB / IG Campaigns

The page is similar with chatbot, the main difference is to select the targeted social post
rather than message template. And the first node of the flow is recommended to use multiple
choice question. (because Facebook messenger / Instagram set a interactive rules between

Create Stripe account
Visit Stripe website.
Click "Sign in" button on the top right corner.Click "Sign up" button on the bottom
Input account information and click "Create Account" button.Account Verification and link up Bank Account
Follow the instruction in website to upload the corresponding document to Stripe.
You can link up the stripe account to your bank account afterwards.
Get Stripe API key
Navigate to "Developer" and select "API Keys" in menuCreate secret key
Click "+ Create secret key" in Standard keys section.
Input Stripe key to iSlash system
Navigate to iSlash panel and select "Payment"
Click "Setting" button on the top right corner
Click the checkbox to enable Stripe.
Then, input publishable key and secret key in Stripe Panel and Enable Store Credit card option for Stripe.And you need to setup the payment link message and payment success message for WhatsApp or other
channels.

signup the paypal account and select the business account / Individual AccountVisit the Developer of PayPal
For integrating with PayPal, you need to visit https://developer.paypal.com/
and then click login and logging in by your Paypal Account.
Remember to select Live
Create App in Live
Click create app and then input the name with selecting App Type = MerchanThen you will get the ClientID and Secret in PayPal.

Remember to upgrade your plan to enable the Live version. The Sandbox version is only
for testing

go to iSlash panel → Payment
and click the setting
enable the paypal and input the paypal client ID and Client secretmPay
mPay supports most of the local payment method in Hong Kong. FPS, Octopus, Payme,
AliPay, WeChat Pay etc.

Products can be added manually , or Sync from facebook product catalog (this is for

Select your customer
Click Payment icon
A pop up window will be shown after clicking "Create" button on Payment panel.
Input ordered quantity and press "Create" button at the bottom of pop up window.
Once you press "Create" button, iSlash will send your message together with payment link to
customer.
You can check payment content by pressing "Info" button
The details will be displayed.If a payment is created, a “Pending Payment” label will be attached to the chatroom
automatically. If the customer complete the payment , a “Paid” label will be updated on the
chatroom.

You can prepare the FAQ list first and quick reply the text under chatroom. It supports both
