     You are welcome to use the grid technology API interface.

    This API Interface End User Agreement ("This Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Xi 'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. regarding Xi' an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. in providing you with the API interface ("This Service").

     

    1. Effectiveness of the Agreement

    1. Effective upon user confirmation: The online version of this Agreement is provided by Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. When purchasing this service, users shall read this Agreement carefully and keep this Agreement checked before entering the next purchase process. Once confirmed by the users, this Agreement shall have the effect of the contract and shall be legally binding on Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. and the users.

    2. Effective with user use: Users can use the service through api retrieval or other means. Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. will provide the online version of this agreement for users to read in the corresponding link.     1. Users shall pay all the fees according to the price system of the service. Xi'an Network Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right not to provide services and / or technical support to users, or to terminate services and / or technical support until the user has paid the full fee as agreed.

    2. If the user renewthe service, if the name, specification or price of the service has been adjusted, the user agrees to perform the name, specification or price of the new service valid at that time; if the user does not agree to the name, specification or price of the new service, the service may not be renewed and the service will be automatically terminated after the expiration.

     

    5. Rights and obligations of the users

    1. Users guarantee that their use of the service is in accordance with the provisions of national laws and regulations, and is legal and true, and does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

    (2) For any damage caused by the user's use of the Service, the user agrees that the maximum compensation limit of Xi' an Network pole Technology Co., Ltd. is [1000 YUAN]

     

     Rights and obligations of Xi'an Netcom Network Technology Co., LTD

    1. Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for timely upgrading, maintenance and management of the service, and providing free consultation and technical support services to users through customer service telephone number and online customer service.

    2. Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. promises to ensure the stability and continuity of the services provided for its users. If the user's service license needs to be terminated in advance due to Xi' an Network Technology Co., Ltd., Xi'an Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall fulfill the corresponding refund obligation to the user (if any). If any loss is caused to users, Xi'an Network pole Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall bear the full liability for compensation.

    (1) Any virus, disguised sabotage program, computer worms, time program bomb or other computer program that deliberately destroys, maliciously interferes, secretly intercor occupies any system, data or personal data;

    (2) Any known vulnerability, backdoors, or malware;

    (3) Other unsafe content that may cause damage to the system security of users.

    6. Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. will not cause any indirect, accidental, direct, special, punitive or other damage (including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, Damage caused by loss of profit, loss of data, interruption of business, paralysis or failure of computers, loss of business information, Damage due to a breach of privacy resulting from a failure to meet any liability including good faith or considerable care, Damage arising out of the negligence, Or liable for any pecuniary loss or any other loss), Even if Xi'an Network Technology Co., Ltd. is informed of the advance of the possibility of the damage.

     

    7. Use and disclosure of user data

    2. Without user permission, Xi'an Network Technology Co., Ltd. will not disclose user data without authorization. However, the user data will be disclosed in part or in whole in the following cases:

    (2) Disclose to a third party or administrative or judicial organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial organs;

    (3) If the user violates relevant laws and regulations in China, he shall disclose to a third party;

     Viii. Time limit and termination

     Ix. Modification of the Agreement

    2. If the user does not agree to the modification made by Xi'an Network Technology Co., Ltd. to the relevant terms hereof this Agreement, the user shall have the right to stop using this Service. In such case, Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall refund the remaining fees (if any) to the user, and give the user a reasonable period of time before terminating the service for data backup, download, storage, migration and other necessary work. If the user continues to use the Service, it shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications made in the relevant terms of this Agreement by Xi'an Network Technology Co., Ltd.

     

     X. Legal and dispute resolution

    1. The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the [laws of the People's Republic of China].

    2. Any dispute arising from the signing, performance or interpretation of this Agreement shall be made by both parties to settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Xi' an City.

    1. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the above provisions may be separated and the rest shall still have legal effect.

    2. The title of this Agreement is provided for easy reading only, not for the definition, restriction, interpretation or description of the scope or boundaries of the terms.

    3. Xi'an Network Network Technology Co., Ltd. may, according to its own operating conditions, transfer all its rights and obligations hereunder to a third party without notifying the user [7] working days in advance, without obtaining the prior consent of the user. The assignee of Xi 'an Network Technology Co., Ltd. is bound by this Agreement, and Xi' an Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its assignee shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of this Agreement.
