2. Edit Settings
(1) "Save screen recording in the cloud", you can choose the time you want to
save
1、You can choose whether to use hard encoding.
(2) Use the drop-down boxes to set "Video Frame Rate", "Encoding Format", and
"Resolution", and enter "Definition" in the text box.
(3) Watermark settings include "Enable light and dark watermark settings" and
"Customize watermark settings". You can choose to add "Email", "IP", set "Font
size", "Watermark frame width", "Watermark width and height", and "Tilt".
10.2.2. Connection Record
Function Description
Detailed connection logs can be viewed in the connection record, including:
"Start time", "End time", "Access duration", "Desktop group", "IP address", "Operation",
and "Screen recording file" when downloading remote control. You can disconnect
through the WEB page and select the time range for flexible log queries.

Operation content
1.Log in to the console, click [Security Audit], click [System Audit], and click
[Connection Record] on the right to enter the page to view the connection record
information.
2.Download the screen recording. In the [Connection Record] page, click " " in
[Access Duration] to display the [Download Screen Recording] window. In the
window, click "Download" of the target file to download the corresponding screen
recording.
3.Disconnect. In the [Connection History] page, click "Disconnect" in "Operation"
to disconnect the currently connected cloud desktop.
4.On the [Connection Record] page, click "All Time" to select the time
dimension.
5.Export records. On the [Connection Records] page, click "Export csv" to export
the current list information.
10.2.3. Application connection record
Function Description
View the connection records from the perspective of "Application Name",
including: "Application Name", "Account", "Start Time", "End Time", "Access Duration",
"IP Address", and "Operation". You can also download screen recordings and
disconnect, and you can select a time range for flexible log queries.
Operation content
1.Log in to the console, click [ Security Audit] - [ System Audit ], and click "
Application Connection Record " on the right to enter the page.
2.In [App Connection Record], click "Access Duration" to display the
[Download Screen Recording] window. Click "Download" of the target file in the
window to download the corresponding screen recording.
3.In [Application Connection Record], click "Disconnect" in "Operation" to
disconnect the current application connection.
4.On the App Connection Record page, click All Time to select the time
dimension.
5.Export records. In the [ App Connection Record] page, click "Export csv" to
export the current list information.

10.2.4. file transfer
Function Description
In the "File Transfer" log, you can view the file information transferred when using
the cloud desktop, including: "Account", "Control Terminal Name", "Cloud Desktop
Name", "Transfer Direction", and "Details". You can flexibly select the time range for
viewing and query the log by selecting "Transfer Direction".
Operation content
1.Log in to the console, click [Security Audit] - [System Audit], and click "File
Transfer" on the right to enter the page.
2.On the [File Transfer] page, click the drop-down box and select the "Time"
dimension for viewing.
3.On the [File Transfer] page, click the drop-down box and select the "Transfer"
direction to view.
10.2.5. Operation log
Function Description
In "Operation Records", you can view past operations on the platform, including:
"Operation Log Type", "Time", "Operation Records", and "Details". You can also
customize the view based on "Type" and "Time".
Operation content
1.Log in to the console, click [Security Audit] - [System Audit], and click
"Operation Record" on the right to enter the page.
2.On the [Operation Record] page, click the drop-down box and select the
"Type" dimension of the operation to view.
3.On the [Operation Record] page, click the drop-down box and select the
"Time" dimension to view.
10.3. Connection strategy
Administrators can configure custom restrictions on network segments and MAC
addresses through Access Restrictions in Connection Policy. Connection Security in
Connection Policy can set the disconnection time threshold. Security Groups in
Connection Policy can configure security rules to further improve security.

10.3.1. Access Restrictions
Function Description
In [Access Restrictions], you can restrict the network segment and MAC address
of the connected cloud desktop, select the corresponding "Filtering Mode", and "Add
all current access restriction whitelists with one click".
Operation content
Log in to the console, click [Security Audit] - [Connection Policy], and then click
"Access Restriction" to enter the page. You can view the company''s current restriction
information on network segments/MACs. Click "Delete" of the target restriction
information to perform the "Delete" operation.
Add access restrictions. Click "Add access restrictions" to display the [Add access
restrictions] window. In the window, fill in the "Restriction type", "Filter mode", and
"IP/network segment" for configuration. Click "OK" to successfully add the access
restrictions.
10.3.2. Connection security
Function Description
By setting a time threshold, the cloud desktop will be automatically disconnected
if there is no operation for a period.
Operation content
Log in to the console, click [ Security Audit] - [ Connection Policy ], click "
Connection Security " to enter the page, and set the time threshold.
10.3.3. Security Group
Function Description
Create a new security group and configure the corresponding management
rules for the group from the "Specification", "Direction", "Open Port", "Port", and
"Network Segment" parameters.
Operation content
1.Create a security group. Log in to the console, click [Security Audit] -
[Connection Policy], click " Security Group " to enter the page, and click " Create
Security Group ". In the [Create Security Group] window, enter the name and

description of the security group, and click "OK" to successfully create the security
group.
2.Management rules. Log in to the console, and on the Security Group page,
click " Manage rules " in the operations section to view the rules for the security group.
3.Add rules. Log in to the console, and on the [Security Group] page, click "
Manage Rules " in the operations to enter the page, and click " Add Rules " to add
security rules to the group.
4.Set the "Specification", "Direction", "Open Port", "Port", "Network Segment" and
description of the rule, click "OK", and the rule is added successfully.
11. Mission Center
11.1. Scheduled tasks
The "Scheduled Tasks" module mainly provides administrators with the ability to
create and manage scheduled tasks. Administrators can set scheduled tasks:
scheduled desktop startup, shutdown, restart, snapshot, and other operations.
11.1.1. Create a new scheduled task
Function Description
Administrators can create scheduled tasks for cloud desktops within the
enterprise.
Operation content
Create a new scheduled task. Log in to the console, click [Task Center] -
[Scheduled Task] to enter the page, and you can view the scheduled tasks that exist
in the current cloud desktop in the enterprise. Click "Create a new scheduled task" to
enter the new [Scheduled Task] page. Fill in the information on the [Scheduled Task]
page, click "Apply", and the new scheduled task is successfully created.
Mission Information:
(1) Desktop: You can choose a single desktop or multiple desktops.
(2) Task type: restart, power on, power off, snapshot.
(3) Time: the time when the task is triggered.
(4) Repeat: once, daily, weekly (you can specify the day of the week).
(5) Description: Supports text notes and supplementary descriptions for tasks.

11.1.2. Editing scheduled tasks
Function Description
Administrators can edit created scheduled tasks and adjust the type, time, cycle,
status, and supplementary description.
Operation content
Edit scheduled tasks. Log in to the console, click [Task Center] - [Scheduled Tasks]
to enter the page, select the created scheduled task, click "Edit", enter the [Edit
Scheduled Tasks] window, and edit the following contents: task type, set time,
repetition, status, description. After editing, click "OK" to successfully edit the
scheduled task.
11.1.3. Deleting a scheduled task
Function Description
Administrators can delete created scheduled tasks.
Operation content
Delete scheduled tasks. Log in to the console, click [Task Center] - [Scheduled
Tasks] to enter the page, click "Delete" of the target task, and click "Delete" in the
second confirmation window to successfully delete the scheduled task.
11.2. Mission Log
Function Description
Administrators can view the executed scheduled task records here, including the
execution start and completion time, execution results, and error cause descriptions.
Operation content
Log in to the console, click [Task Center] - [Task Record] to enter the page, and
you can view all scheduled task record information of devices in the enterprise.
12. Download Center

Administrators can download the client installation package here, select the
corresponding operating system model, and install the package on the terminal
device.
Operation content
Click [Download Center] - [Download Client] to enter the page, select the
corresponding operating system version, and click to download the client installation
package.
13. System Settings
13.1. basic settings
Function Description
Administrators can manage the upgrade strategy of terminal software in batches
within the enterprise. For the software client used by the terminal, both automatic
upgrades and manual upgrades are supported.
Operation content
Log in to the console, and click [System Settings] - [Basic Settings] to enter the
page. Click "Edit Settings" to adjust the update policy.
13.2. Corporate Accounts
Function Description
Administrators can view detailed rights and interests information of the current
enterprise account in the enterprise account, including usage, user status, rights and
interests expiration date, version information, administrator account information, etc.
Operation content
Log in to the console, and click [System Settings] - [Enterprise Account] to enter
the page to view enterprise information.
