Click the "Customer ID" and "Countries/Regions" drop-down boxes, select the corresponding customer ID and target country/region from the optional list. 2. Click the "CustomerID" and "Countries/Regions" drop-down boxes, select the corresponding customer ID and target country/region from the optional list. 2. Select or create FaceSet Name ○ If you already have FaceSet, click the "FaceSet Name" drop-down box to select the corresponding face collection name. ○ To create a new face collection, click the "+ Create a FaceSet" button. 3. This page displays the history of all authentication cases. You can also search for the specified Session ID (corresponding to transactionid) to view its corresponding creation time, corresponding product plan, authentication status and other detailed information. Currently, Face Search, as a value-added service for Identity Verification (IDV), will be displayed on the Session Record list page. Face Search service will be called only when the final authentication result of the Identity Verification product is pass: • If displayed as Found, it means that the corresponding result has been found. • Not Found indicates that the corresponding result was not found. • -, it means that the Face Search service is not called. It happens usually when the users quit during the verification process, or the final verification fails, in which Face Search service is not triggered. 36© ADVANCE.AI CONFIDENTIAL 3.2 Session Details • Risk Association Session is currently only applicable to Identity Verification, and users need to enable the risk module before it will be displayed. • Risk Association Session, represents the uploaded materials (ID face or selfie) having coincidence with the historical verification records, which does not necessarily mean there is a risk. • To determine whether this session is risky and the specific reasons, refer to " Result Summary (Check Summary) - Risk ". The details page consists of information from five modules. • Check Summary • Input information • Face Verification • Document Verification • Risk Association Session • Face Search 3.2.1 Check Summary You can view the authentication result corresponding to this call and the returned result code. Document Identification represents the result of false testimony; Face Verification represents the live comparison result; ID Forgery represents false certification results; Risk represents the outcome of risk control. 3.2.2 Input Information Detailed imported parameter information can be viewed on the interface, with a focus on product solutions, product levels, and business scenario code information for this call. 37© ADVANCE.AI CONFIDENTIAL 3.2.3 Face Information You can view the results and live images corresponding to the specific Face Verification process. 3.2.4 Document Information You can view the document information in the specific session, including the information extracted by the document OCR, the quality inspection results of the document, and the anti-counterfeiting inspection results of the document. 38© ADVANCE.AI CONFIDENTIAL 3.2.5 Risk Association Session Display the information of the session associated with the facial information uploaded for the specific verification. It indicates that the uploaded materials (ID face or selfie) may overlap with other historical verification records, which does not necessarily mean there is a risk. 1. When the Risk module determines that there is a risk, you can click on the associated Session link to trace the case and investigate the attack methods. As shown in the figure, the Risk module displays ''HIT_FACE_BLACK_LIST'' (representing hit blocklist), and you can view all related Session links and corresponding risk control results. ○ Red label: represents high risk. In this case, the right side will display the specific hit risk control rules. ○ No label : represents normal. In this case, only the SessionID, etc. are displayed, and no label is displayed on the right side. 2. The risk control information module displays related sessions, which does not necessarily mean there is risk. User Profile is only generated after successful certification and covers all solution products, including: - Identity Verification - Document Verification - Face authentication - Liveness Verification - Non-doc verification 2. The state of User Profile is only supported, from Active to Inactive, and this operation is irreversible; 3. When the status is changed to Inactive, all associated face search and face authentication database data of the User ID will be automatically deleted; 4. If the same user submits different documents and both are successfully authenticated, all document records will be displayed in turn. If you need to use Console for multiple accounts, click "+New Account" button to customize the roles of the sub-accounts, set up email and other information. 2. Currently, only administrator roles can be configured [Role Management]. 2. The system retains the "Administrator" role by default, with full menu permissions and IP immunity, and its core permissions cannot be deleted or modified; 3. The IP restriction function supports allowlist. 4. IP restriction rules support real-time modification, and there is no need to restart the platform after modification. They will take effect automatically within 5 minutes. 5. After configuring role permissions, users who have been assigned the role need to log in to the platform again before the permissions can be updated. 6.
