OpenShift Platform Services
IBM Technology Lifecycle Services offers Ongoing Platform Services (OPS) as part of its cloud-based OpenShift Platform offering. IBM Technology Lifecycle Services offer 3 different offerings for supporting the Redhat Openshift platform on the Alibaba Cloud platform, including 7X24 remote technical support, proactive cluster monitoring, backup and recovery service, and infrastructure assessment.

SCOPE OF WORK:


Basic Tier:

Number of OpenShift Cluster Supported: 4

Additional Services for each Tier:

 - Provide up to 50 Sessions with customer on automation and optimization for application depolyment

 - Biannually cluster security patching


Advance Tier:

Number of OpenShift Cluster Supported: 6

Additional Services for each Tier:

 - Provide up to 75 Sessions with customer on automation and optimization for application depolyment

 - Quarterly cluster security patching


Premium Tier:

Number of OpenShift Cluster Supported: 8

Additional Services for each Tier:

 - Provide up to 100 Sessions with customer on automation and optimization for application depolyment

 - Quarterly cluster security patching

 - Provide Yearly Cluster upgarde


Common Services for above all Tiers:

 - 7X24 remote technical support

 - Proactive cluster monitoring for additional protection and analysis

 - Backup and recovery service with agreed-period retention (each backup or recovery
will consume 1 session from item 1 stated in Other Services )

 - Continuous worker nodes hardening using standard OS security baseline

 - Monthly Review on service status and monitoring reporting

 - Provide Infrastructure Assessment to ensure RedHat Best Practices is followed

 - IBM Technical Account Manager will be assigned for providing Quarterly Roadmap to
customer on risk and cost review for OpenShift clusters
