With this 10 hour pre-paid service package, you will receive phone & remote technical support & implementation services. You may use these hours for training, general enquiries, or even help on settings, configurations or implementation within your system. The hours will be based on either actual time used, or we will first quote to you the time required based on your request, and only deduct once you have confirmed. Please note that communication through phone will be deducted on 15 minutes basis.
