Physical server data loss

Do a good job of protection, do not reinstall the system, do not open the disk by yourself, and take good care of the hardware devices. If there is a RAID, ensure that the complete RAID disk is not damaged. One of the disks in the same RAID cannot be damaged.

ECS system data loss.

To delete the database by mistake, you need to log in to the Alibaba Cloud console as soon as possible, find the ECS server where you are, click the instance name, enter the disk management, create a snapshot for the server disk, and then contact our pre-sales engineer.
