Our service is required because many of the key licenses, in particular the VATS (Value-Added Telecommunication Services) licenses, that are required to publish international software in China can only be held by a 100% Chinese-owned company. This means that international companies are unable to publish their software under their own Chinese entity and must work with a local partner such as AppInChina.
